With the rate of technical and business change increasing through the foreseeable future, a paradigm has developed as contract renegotiations have become the new normal.
Clients and providers must now develop renegotiation skills as part of their core competencies in order to ensure the provider’s services are aligned with the client’s needs in terms of price and performance, and the client is prepared for the future in terms of technology platforms and geo-political risk management.
