How to Argue Cloud Computing

At times cloud buyers can be all too focused on the potentially negative effects of cloud computing (i.e. security issues, server sharing, sunk costs, etc...) and not at all focused on its many benefits. Is it possible that traditional cloud arguments are forcing some to lose sight of what cloud computing is intended for? Or do these types of arguments still exist for a reason?
